Vietnamese Iced Coffee

1 Serving


2 tablespoons dark-roast ground coffee
2 tablespoons (scant) sweetened condensed milk


  1. Steep coffee grounds in a heatproof container with 2/3 cup boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Pour through a coffee filter into a heatproof glass.
  3. Stir in condensed milk until blended.
  4. Add ice, stir, and serve.
