Tonkatsu Sauce
Makes 3⁄4 Cup
Ingredients
1 teaspoon water
1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
1⁄2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions
Mix water and mustard in medium bowl until smooth. Add ketchup, Worcestershire, and soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
