Sweet Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette
Makes 1-1⁄2 Cups
Ingredients
1⁄3 cup rice vinegar
1⁄4 cup packed light brown sugar
2-1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons Asian chili-garlic sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
Whisk vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chili-garlic paste, and ginger in medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Gradually whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil; whisk in sesame seeds. (Dressing can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.)
