Sweet And Tangy Tartar Sauce

Makes About 1 Cup


3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄2 shallot, minced
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and minced
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1-1⁄2 teaspoons white vinegar
1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper


Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Cover and let sit to blend flavors, about 15 minutes. Stir again before serving. (Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.)
