Sugar Snap Peas With Hazelnut Butter And Sage
Serves 6
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 recipe BLANCHED SUGAR SNAP PEAS
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
2 tablespoons toasted, skinned, and chopped hazelnuts
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat in 10-inch skillet and continue to cook until it browns to color of brown sugar and smells nutty, about 5 minutes. Add peas, sage, and nuts and toss to combine. Cook until just heated through, 1 to 1-1⁄2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
