Simple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 mangoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
Instructions
Combine mango, pineapple, cilantro, ginger, red onion, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, and stir lightly to mix well.
