Roasted Garlic And Herb Butter
Makes Enough For 1 Recipe Boiled Corn On The Cob Or Steamed Corn On The Cob
Ingredients
10 garlic cloves, skins left on
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Toast garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, shaking pan occasionally, until softened and spotty brown, about 8 minutes. When cool, skin and mince cloves.
- Using fork, beat butter in small bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in garlic, parsley, basil, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
