1 banana
1 cup milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup tofu
6 almonds, or more to taste
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

Step 1
Blend banana, milk, pumpkin, tofu, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a blender until smooth.
