Power Drink ***The Orange***

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, peeled
4 carrots, scrubbed and trimmed
2 apples, cored
1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 pinch salt
4 pitted dates, or to taste (optional)
8 cubes ice, or as needed (optional)
Instructions
Blend the bananas, carrots, apples, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, flax seed, salt, dates, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
