3 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rice
1 tablespoon vegan margarine
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.

Cover tightly and bake until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed, 45 to 55 minutes.
