Mid–South Carolina Mustard Sauce
Makes About 2-1⁄2 Cups
Ingredients
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except salt and pepper together in bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
