Lemon-Chive Vinaigrette
Makes Enough For 1 Recipe Steamed Artichoke Hearts Or Steamed Whole Artichokes
Ingredients
4-1⁄2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2⁄3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Whisk lemon juice and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil so mixture emulsifies. Just before serving, stir in chives.
