4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
Place the ice cream, milk, food coloring, and peppermint extract into a blender. Puree until smooth; pour into glasses to serve.
