Ginger-Soy Sauce With Scallions
Makes 1 Scant Cup
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup soy sauce
1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
1⁄4 cup water
2-1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
1 scallion, sliced thin
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1-1⁄2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar.
