Ginger Soy Garlic Fillet

Ingredients

2 white fish fillets
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400° F

Place the 2 fillets on aluminum foil large enough to wrap them. Sprinkle with the garlic, ginger and cover in soy sauce.

Wrap in the foil an bake about 20 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve immediately.
