Dalgona Mocha

2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons hot water, divided
1 envelope (1.38 oz each) Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
2 cups milk of choice
Reddi-wip® Extra Creamy Dairy Whipped Topping


  1. Whisk together instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a medium bowl until dissolved. Vigorously beat the mixture with the whisk until lightened in color, thickened, and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes by hand.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk hot chocolate mix into 2 tablespoons hot water until completely dissolved.

  3. Fill 2 cups with ice and fill each with 8 ounces of milk. Divide cocoa between the two glasses and top each with half the whipped coffee. Top each glass with Reddi-wip, stir.
