Ingredients

1 banana
1/4 cup strawberries
1/3 cup nonfat milk
1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt

Instructions

In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
