Makes About 1⁄2 Cup, Enough For 1 Recipe Grill-Roasted Cornish Game Hens
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan, bring to simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
