1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sherry, red, or white wine vinegar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
2⁄3 cup olive oil
Whisk balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper together in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil so mixture emulsifies.
