Bacon, Scallion, And Caramelized Onion Dip

Makes About 1-1⁄2 Cups

Ingredients

3 slices bacon, cut into 1⁄4-inch pieces
3⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄2 cup CARAMELIZED ONIONS
2 scallions, minced
1⁄2 teaspoon cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in 8-inch skillet over medium heat until crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to paper towel–lined plate and set aside.
  2. Combine sour cream, caramelized onions, scallions, vinegar, and bacon in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
