Makes About 1⁄2 Cup, Enough For 1 Recipe Mahogany Grilled Chicken Thighs Or Legs

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon minced jalapeño chile
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth, about 20 seconds. Rub paste generously under chicken skin and grill as directed.
