Anchovy-Garlic Butter With Lemon And Parsley
Makes About 1⁄4 Cup
Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1-1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 anchovy fillet, rinsed and minced
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Beat butter with fork until light and fluffy. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy, and salt until thoroughly combined.
