6-Ingredient Gluten-Free Paleo Pizza Crust
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in the bowl of a food processor; mix well. Add eggs and olive oil; pulse until a soft dough is formed. Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Remove top parchment sheet and transfer crust to a pizza pan; prick pizza crust with a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
